*We understand events and circumstances can arise, and it may be necessary from time to time to cancel a reservation. The Women’s Council’s policy is as follows: if a council member calls before the first Friday of the month, the reservation can be canceled and no charge will be necessary. However, if a member needs to cancel after the first Friday, they can send a replacement from their company or organization. If a replacement is not available or if a member does not show after making a reservation, the company or organization will be billed for the luncheon.
